Hotel Primavera Park, Benidorm

The hotel provided a pleasant stay with clean and tidy rooms, ensuring a good night's sleep amidst a quiet environment. The ground floor apartments are convenient for disabled guests, offering simplicity and neatness. The service was a mix of helpfulness and some moments of disrespect, but overall assisted us well with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. The location was perfect, striking a balance of distance from the bustling areas yet close enough to enjoy a leisurely walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. Although the dining experience had its ups and downs, with some excellent options and some disappointments, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

However, there were complaints about dated and hardly clean rooms. Service is generally friendly and helpful, but there were reports of an incident with a room left open and a rude receptionist. I absolutely loved my stay at Primavera Park! The location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute stroll to the beach and close to both the old and new town. The pool area was lovely, and I always found a sunbed easily. The staff was excellent, and there's a big supermarket just around the corner for convenience. The rooms were spotless, albeit basic, with a great shower and air conditioning. The huge balcony overlooking the pool made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend Primavera Park and will be staying here again without hesitation.
